The fibers, 250um, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic located in the center. The tube is filled with a water resistant filling compound. The tube is wrapped with a layer of PSP longitudinally, between the PSP and the loose tube water-blocking material is applied to keep the cable compact and watertight. After the PSP is applied around the tube, this part of cable accompanied with the stranded wires as the supporting part are completed with a PE sheath to be figure 8 structure
