Conductor：Plain circular compacted copper or aluminum conductor for≦800mm2, compacted milkier copper or aluminum conductor with separator tape for＞800mm2

Conductor-screen：Helically applied semi-conductive tape≧500mm2, Extruded semi-conductive cross linked polyethylene

Insulation: Extruded supper clean cross-linked polyethylene

Insulation-screen: Extruded bonded semi-conductive cross linked polyethylene

Block water buffering layer: Helically applied swellable tape

Metallic sheath: Longitudinally applied, Lead sheath; the metallic sheathed is capable of carrying required short circuit current

Armore type: Steel Wire Armored

Asphalt: Black asphalt coating

Jacket and Graphite: Extruded polyethylene or polyvinyl chloride, Graphite coating on the outer jacket.

Conductor nominal cross section area: 240~3000sqmm

Max. operating temperature:  90℃, 105℃

Package: wooden drum or as per requirement

Product characteristics:                                                                               

The maximum assigned temperature of the cable conductor is 90℃. Short time over current temperature is 105℃. 

During having a short circuit, lasting less than 5 seconds, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above 250℃.

The minimum bend radius is 25D.

Product application:                                                                                      

This product is applicable to being fixedly laid on the transmission and distribution line of rated voltages from 66kV up to 500kV with the use for power transmission and distribution.

Laying site for instance in tunnel, pipeline and soil to transport electrical energy. Allow for high fall or vertical installation.
